Items returned within 60 days in their original condition (box, packaging & unused) will be credited in full for the price paid excluding shipping.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

      For FedEx to come to your door, call us and ask for “Call Back.” (not available for (F) items)
      • $ 14.95* per box for standard size FedEx box (includes small lighting fixtures, shades, small rugs up to 3x5)
      • $ 20.95* per box for oversize 1 FedEx box (includes table lamps, rugs up to 5x8)
      • $ 28.95* per box for oversize 2 FedEx box (includes floor lamps, rugs up to 7x9)
      • $ 49.95* per box for oversize 3 FedEx box (includes chandeliers, rugs 8x10 and larger)
      Call us for a “Return Sticker” and then you can drop it off with a FedEx shipper.
      • $ 12.95* per box for standard size FedEx box (includes small lighting fixtures, shades, small rugs up to 3x5)
      • $ 17.95* per box for oversize 1 FedEx box (includes table lamps, rugs up to 5x8)
